T-Mobile UK is part of a stratergic group of T-Mobile International which is part of Deutsche Telekom.

T-Mobile has reportedly over 87 million customers globally and has wholly owned networks in USA, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria and the UK. The network operates on a GSM 1800 paltform and has also acquired 6 3g licences to supply ‘broadband speed’ data connectivity over it’s network which is a fantastic achievement considering most of our mobiles can now access the World Wide Web.

  1. What is my message centre number?

    The message centre number allows you to send text messages across the network to your friend or family members mobile. T-Mobile’s message centre number is +447958879879. This option is normally found in your ‘Messages’ menu and then look for ‘Settings’ then ‘Message Centre Number’.   2. Can I view my bills online?

    Yes, T-Mobile have an online billing view system all you need to do is [2] click here and sign up to My T-Mobile. The system allows you to view up to 3 mobile accounts on the same bill.
  3. How do I set up my Voicemail?

    Dial 1210 FREE from your mobile phone and listen to the voice prompts. The system will send your mobile a system message containing your voicemail number. All you need to do is ‘Open’ the message and then ‘Delete’ the message. Now reset your mobile by taking the battery out without turning the phone off. Leave it off for 30 seconds and then switch it back on. Hold down the number one/voicemail key and it will now dial your Voicemail.   4. How do I check if T-Mobile works in my area?
